Sticking with the vegan dessert theme, here is another great recipe submitted by Steph, and I promise no one will believe you that they are actually healthy!
-1cup sugar (any granular kind, I prefer coconut, but plain cane sugar works amazingly!)
-1cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, go crayzay, any kind you like)
-1tbsp ground flax or chia + 3 tbsp water (or one egg if that’s your thing)
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350*F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Line cookie sheets with parchment or foil. Roll into walnut-sized balls and then cross cross with a fork. Bake for 13 minutes and then allow to cool before storing. They last at least a week in an airtight container.
