Livestream Classes

Maha Yoga is excited to be able to continue to offer live streamed classes through Zoom. Here’s how:

Book your class: Login to your Wellness Living account (or create an account if you’re new) and check all the boxes to receive text and email notifications so we can send you the link to access your class. If you have a membership or class card with Maha Yoga, please use the email address associated with your account (use your email address instead of signing in with Facebook).

Register early: Registration closes 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. You’ll receive an email with the zoom class link 10-15 minutes before class begins.

Download Zoom: Daily classes will be held via online meeting software Zoom. To save time, download Zoom onto your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone before class.
Join Class: Click the zoom link to ‘join the meeting’ to gain access to our online class. Be sure to mute yourself before class begins to help limit distractions!

What if I don’t receive the zoom link?

You can check to make sure your communication settings are set to receive emails by going to the “profile details” page of your wellness living account and scrolling to the bottom of the page and switching your email and reminders to.

How do I set up my home studio?

Set yourself up in a space with strong internet signal, with your personal yoga mat and any props or alternatives you have. Towels, books, and belts can stand in for rolled-up mats, blocks, and straps! Your teacher will teach a class catered to small spaces and limited props.
