How do you know if our private instruction program is right for you? 

  • You’re dealing with specific physical challenges such as an injury or chronic pain 
  • You need individualized attention to help you reach a specific goal 
  • You’re new to yoga and want to learn the fundamentals at your own pace
  • Your schedule is limited and you cannot make our weekly classes 

You do NOT have to live with chronic pain. 

Your yoga should NOT be hurting you. 

Our private instruction can support your healing. 

I am excited to introduce our NEW monthly private yoga packages, so that you can make healing a part of your regular routine. 
We offer single sessions and packages with one, two or four sessions a month. 

True healing comes with a regular commitment to the practice and recommend private sessions at least twice a month to feel results. 

We are also offering a 5-pack, which makes a great gift.
