yogahour: Fun, sweaty 60-minute class balancing flow and form with expert instruction. Beginners welcome, only $8 cash.
basics 101: Geared towards brand new beginners, this informative practice is great for all wanting to refine foundation.
basics 201: Slower, informative practice great for continuing beginners and all seeking a more detailed practice.
yogahour basics: a less complex form of yogahour, with simplified sequencing. Geared towards beginners and anyone wanting a more doable practice.
restorative: Props support the body fully in passive poses for a deeply restful and rejuvenating practice. All are welcome.
community: Same as our open levels class, offered at a sliding scale. Pay what you can; $5-15, cash only. All class cards honored.
advanced: Students and teacher practice together in our most playful, advanced class. Not for beginners. (advanced practice is $10 for local yoga teachers. any studio, any style).
yoga for parkinsons: Designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility for people living with Parkinson’s Disease and/or their caregivers.
New to Yoga? Don’t worry! Here are some helpful tips for your first visit:
- Please arrive to the studio 10-15 minutes early so that we can get you entered into our system and show you around the studio.
- Please inform the teacher that this is your first yoga class and let them know about any injuries or concerns you may have. Our teachers are trained to work with students of all abilities and your positive experience is their top priority!
- No yoga mat, no problem! You may rent one from our studio for $2.
- And most importantly, have fun!
