She has deep love for postural yoga and meditation, and teaches from her steady personal practice. Chae Yang Bullock

Chae Yang Bullock began yoga studies in 2000 and teaching in 2005.  She completed her 500 Hour training in Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea in 2008.  Her experience participating in teacher trainings began the following year when she assisted Maria Garre in Ananda Shala’s Prana Vinyasa affiliate teacher training program in Frederick Maryland.

Chae has over 10,000 hours teaching experience and was a participating teacher trainer at both the 200 and 500 hour levels by 2011.  At the request of her yoga students, she created 200 and 500 Hour Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Schools in 2013.  After teaching a year long program in her home studio, she missed being part of a larger community.  Chae then collaborated to create an extensive 200 Hour teacher training manual in the Vinyasa style which she co-taught five sessions of.  She was also part of a teaching trio that collaborated to create a 300 Hour Teacher Training program that focused on scripture, sadhana and sciences of yoga.

She continues to teach public classes full time and as guest teacher of Teacher Trainings in the areas of Subtle Body, Pre-Post Natal Yoga, Ayurveda, Sequencing and Hands on Assists.  Her teaching style is influenced by the many teacher trainings she has taken in different styles and special needs, continuing studies in self inquiry, western/subtle/ayurvedic anatomy and to serve whole heartedly.
