2 days, 6 hours, 365 yoga poses!
Each three-hour practice session will include half of the poses in the yogahour syllabus sequenced in an intelligent way to make you feel as strong as you are flexible and as flexible as you are strong.
This 2-hour flow practice will mark this season with a playful flow of core-centric balancing poses, some inversions, and other poses to shake off winter and open us up!

The children’s yoga workshop will include yoga poses for body movement, stretching, gross motor development and fun! Parents drop your kids off or stay for a restorative and yoga nidra practice with Katrina!
