Maha yoga is for everyone who wants to feel good in their body. We offer basics, gentle, all levels and advanced classes with variations offered for all, so that every student is empowered to make the best decisions for their body. We focus on functional, therapeutic movements to help you align, stretch and strengthen your body to relieve pain and prevent injury, so that you can be your greatest self!

TEACHER TRAINING
Starting this Fall
Throughout the course of this training, you are guaranteed to first transform your own yoga practice and up-level your personal health (Immersion) and then develop practical techniques to share your authentic wisdom with others in meaningful yoga classes (Teacher Training).
