Maha yoga is for everyone who wants to feel good in their body. We offer basics, gentle, all levels and advanced classes with variations offered for all, so that every student is empowered to make the best decisions for their body. We focus on functional, therapeutic movements to help you align, stretch and strengthen your body to relieve pain and prevent injury, so that you can be your greatest self!

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Your yoga should not be hurting you! Very often, our pain comes from something hidden: a hand that moves back two inches in a Sun Salutation; a foot that turns out slightly and rolls to the outer edge when we walk; a pelvis that tucks under and flattens the curve in the low back when we sit. Our teachers are highly trained experts in alignment and anatomy. They’ll help you learn why you keep hurting yourself, and the ways you can re-pattern your body’s unconscious movement patterns, so that you can live pain-free.
