We offer basics, gentle, all levels and advanced classes with variations offered for all, so that every student is empowered to make the best decisions for their body. We focus on functional, therapeutic movements to help you align, stretch and strengthen your body to relieve pain and prevent injury, so that you can be your greatest self!

Everyone who has ever done yoga had a first class at one time – this series is the perfect place to begin. Learn postures, anatomy and kinesthetics so you can move fluently; whether in a class or in the world.
ADVANCED ASANA

This class is for experienced students who want to practice together in community and approach intermediate and advanced poses in a supportive, fun way.
