2 days, 6 hours, 365 yoga poses. Take your yoga practice to a whole new level over the course of two day workshop. Each three-hour practice session will include half of the poses in the syllabus sequenced in an intelligent way to make you feel as strong as you are flexible and as flexible as you are strong.
